Since 1993, Matthew A. Kaufman has represented employees in the areas of wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, work rights and entertainment issues in greater Los Angeles and statewide. He is admitted to practice law in all the state courts of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. He has handled trials, appeals, and labor board hearings. Through his class action work, Matthew has received extensive experience in pre-trial procedure. Matthew has litigated numerous contract matters as well.
Matthew is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and their Labor and Employment Section, and the California Employment Lawyers Association. He participates regularly in seminars on trial practice and legal ethics given by the Southern California Business Litigation Inn of Court. Matthew is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). |
